The hotel was clean, cozy and had a spa. The breakfast selection was great and the restaurant was amazing. The hotel had a nice play room for kids, functional toys, and a clean swimming pool. The wifi signal was good.

The hotel had amazing food, with rich breakfast and tasty dinners. The restaurant provided a great dining experience. The hotel also had a nice play area for children, with functional toys and a clean indoor swimming pool. The wifi signal was good enough to monitor our baby with video.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the cozy and clean atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast selection was great and provided me with energy to start the day. The location was perfect as it was close to tourist attractions. I also enjoyed the little spa where I could relax after a long day of visiting the city.
The hotel staff was not as friendly as I expected. They seemed to be in a bad mood, especially the restaurant staff.

The restaurant staff were sometimes rude, assuming that every foreigner spoke Polish or Czech.

We spent our Easter weekend at a cozy hotel that had a great breakfast selection and awesome amenities. the little spa was a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. the kids had a blast in the playroom, especially with all the functional toys provided. the location was fantastic, with easy access to all the local attractions.
The language barrier proved to be a bit of a challenge. the restaurant staff were sometimes rude, assuming that we could speak Polish or Czech.
